The New Starter Induction is the first step for all new employees joining the organisation. It provides a welcome to the workplace and introduces you to the organisation’s mission, values, structure, and key expectations. This induction will help you understand how the organisation operates, who to go to for support, and what your next steps are. You’ll also be introduced to the suite of mandatory induction modules you are required to complete — including Work Health and Safety (WHS), Code of Conduct, Privacy and Confidentiality, and any other role-specific inductions set by your organisation. By completing this induction, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and a clear starting point for your journey with the organisation.
